SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

SHIPPING:

We typically fulfill orders from Monday to Thursday, aiming for delivery from Tuesday to Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is from Monday to Wednesday.

DELIVERY:

All packages are shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight and are delivered by the end of the next business day. No signature is required upon delivery.

PACKAGEING:

Your order will be packed in an insulated box with dry Ice (which will melt within 24-48 hours) and reusable gel packs to ensure your item remains in good condition. Please note that partial thawing may occur during transit.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:

kookow is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as a street address is required for delivery. We cannot ship to any PO boxes.

CHANGE/CANCEL:

Please email us at contact@wp-demo.koodesignstudio.com as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided that your order has not yet shipped. If your cancellation is successful, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us at contact@wp-demo.koodesignstudio.com with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. This will allow us to promptly assess the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, requests made after 48 hours may require special review or may be rejected entirely.

SHIPPING DELAYS:

kookowis not liable for shipping delays or issues caused by the carrier or due to adverse and unpredictable weather conditions. We recommend planning your orders ahead of time, especially during November and December, to account for any potential delays.
