As our products are consumable perishables, it is our policy that products should not be returned unless specifically requested. kookow does not accept unauthorized returns. If an unauthorized return is received, kookow is not responsible for refunding any associated shipping costs. Additionally, WAGYUjaapn will not issue a refund to anyone who refuses a delivery.

We will address your concerns and work towards an appropriate solution if needed.
kookow does not issue refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- if the order cannot be delivered or arrives late due to incorrect, invalid, or incomplete addresses provided by the consumer.
- if delivery issues are specifically caused by the shipping company.
- if delivery is delayed or impacted by weather or unforeseen events.
- if products are mishandled or improperly stored after successful delivery.
- if a delivery is refused by the recipient and/or returned to kookow without authorization.

However, if the order has already been packed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it as orders are handled and shipped at 7AM.
