RETURNS:
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, they unfortunately cannot be returned.
However, you may be eligible for a refund. As our products are consumable perishables, it is our policy that products should not be returned unless specifically requested. WAGYUjapan does not accept unauthorized returns. If an unauthorized return is received, WAGYUjapan is not responsible for refunding any associated shipping costs. Additionally, WAGYUjaapn will not issue a refund to anyone who refuses a delivery.
EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:
WAGYU JAPAN is dedicated to offering the finest quality products available. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at contact@wp-demo.koodesignstudio.com (or call phone#) within 3 days of receiving your order. We will address your concerns and work towards an appropriate solution if needed.
If the exchange is approved, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
WAGYU JAPAN does not issue refunds or replacements in the following cases:
  • if the order cannot be delivered or arrives late due to incorrect, invalid, or incomplete addresses provided by the consumer.
  • if delivery issues are specifically caused by the shipping company.
  • if delivery is delayed or impacted by weather or unforeseen events.
  • if products are mishandled or improperly stored after successful delivery.
  • if a delivery is refused by the recipient and/or returned to WAGYU JAPAN without authorization.
ORDER CANCELATION:

please contact us at contact@wp-demo.koodesignstudio.com (or call phone#) as soon as possible to cancel your order. If your cancellation request is made after 7AM Pacific Standard Time, we will do our best to accommodate it.

However, if the order has already been packed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it as orders are handled and shipped at 7AM.
